Award-Winning Community in the OC Features VIT StrongBox Enclosures

Rancho Mission Viejo, a historic ranch just five miles from the beach in South Orange County, California now boasts an award-winning, master-planned development with several different communities and phases still under construction.

Steve Hohl, Principal of Water Concern, an irrigation consulting and design firm in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA was hired to provide services for this exciting new project. According to Hohl, hundreds of VIT’s electrical meter pads, top-mounted enclosures and standard meter pedestals are being used predominately throughout the entire project. In particular, the CSP-B and the SB16-SS product lines are used most often.” We worked with VIT and John Deere Green Tech, the controller assembly provider, to create customized cabinet solutions for both the irrigation and lighting systems,” says Hohl. “The results are exactly what our client was looking for.
