SBBC-75ALHPI

The SBBC-75ALHPI is an insulated marine grade aluminum enclosure measuring 76 inches wide, 39 inches high, and 24 inches deep. It features a center split design allowing the enclosure sides to swing out, giving full access to the backflow system. The solid sheet construction and stainless steel latching rod system provide maximum protection from vandalism and theft. Includes a wind-blocking rubber skirt and Polar Bearier bag that provides an R30 insulation rating and protects the backflow from frost and moisture.

CONSTRUCTION

This backflow enclosure is a vandal and weather resistant enclosure formed entirely of marine grade 5052-H32 aluminum alloy, with a wall thickness of 1/8 inch. The main housing is a solid sheet construction. The mounting base plates are secured into wet concrete or anchor bolts a minimum of 2 inches deep into cured concrete. The center split design allows enclosure sides to swing out, pivoting on the mounting hardware at each end. The full release locking mechanism is a stainless steel cross bar that includes provisions for a padlock. Polar Bearier bags provide an R-30 insulation rating using Radiant Barrier Foil (RBF) inserted between abrasion resistant polyester and air bubble pack.
